About

Ong Pee Eng

I am Ong Pee Eng, a certified mindfulness trainer. I teach mindfulness practices to reduce stress and improve well-being. I conduct mindfulness workshops, 4 to 8 weeks mindfulness courses, 6 to 10 weeks children mindfulness classes, and 1-on-1 meditation sessions.

I started practising mindfulness while studying at NUS more than 30 years ago. After graduating, I went to work in the IT industry. I was a software project manager for 20 years. More than a decade ago, I hit a midlife crisis due to a reorganisation within the company. I ramped up my mindfulness practice, which tided me over that stressful period. Now married with two young adult daughters, mindfulness has made me less likely to flare up at my daughters at home. Now I train people in mindfulness practice full-time.

My interest in evidence-based teaching led me to pursue further training and become
